6.0 College Entrance Testing

A necessary and stressful part of college entrance is successfully navigating the entrance testing. The two common tests used in the acceptance process are the American College Test (ACT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). It is important to check the college/s you intend to apply at, to see which test they prefer. Preparing for the tests are done in a variety of ways and variety of costs. Included in this section are some free resources to assist you with preparation. Some of the sites have a combination of free and for fee.

6.1 College Board (SAT I & II, AP, PSAT)

6.1.2 Click here for this site allows you to take a full length SAT. The test will take two plus hours but is well worth the effort in preparation for testing. Please keep this page for your portfolio and remember that it is available when you need it.
